COURSE DESCRIPTION:   This course identifies and addresses what is sexual harassment and discusses sexual harassment prevention and responses to such behaviors.  Upon completion of this course participants will know what is considered sexually harassing behavior, the case laws and penal laws pertaining to such acts, and ways to prevent, recognize and report such behaviors.

LENGTH OF COURSE: 2 Hour

TARGET AUDIENCE: Peace Officers, Jailers, Telecommunication Officers, Military LE and civilians
