COURSE DESCRIPTION: Skimming occurs when devices illegally installed on ATMs, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, or fuel pumps capture data or record cardholders’ PINs. It is estimated that skimming costs financial institutions and consumers more than $1 billion each year.
